2 (8 oz.) salmon fillets
¼ cup Cornet Bay Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator.
Soak cedar plank for a minimum of 30 minutes. Preheat
grill or oven to 375°. Place the marinated salmonon the plank
(skin side down). Place in oven or grill (over indirect heat) and cook for 14-18 minutes.
